Hailing from Fredericksburg, VA, Kylie Westerbeck is a musician, actor, and photographer based in Philadelphia, PA. Kylie is a 2018 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Rowan University, where she obtained a B.A. in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Acting. During her time at Rowan, Kylie was in 6 MainStage productions, including The Women and Company, both co-productions with EgoPo Classic Theatre. Her work in The Women gave her a KCACTF acting nomination, placing as a finalist in the 2017 KCACTF Irene Ryan Acting Competition. Upon graduation, Kylie was awarded the Ann B. Ward Medallion for the College of Performing Arts, for her work across multiple artistic mediums. In addition to Rowan University, Kylie has also studied clown/Le Jeu with Philippe Gaulier at his private school in Étampes, France. 

Kylie’s professional acting credits include The Lydie Breeze Trilogy, Curse of the Starving Class (EgoPo Classic), Witness for the Prosecution (BRT), Under the Moon (Jersey Fringe), Lavender Life (Ultra V Theatre CO.) and Our Town (People’s Light). 

Kylie is also an avid producer and theatre creator. In 2016, Kylie wrote the musical Complexity, making it’s world premiere in the DC Fringe Festival. In 2018, Kylie premiered her one-woman clown show “PEG!” in the Philly Fringe being claimed "refreshingly hilarious and unpretentious” (Cofta, Broad Street Review). 

In addition to theatre, Kylie is an avid musician, having been in the music ensemble for several productions including Our Town ,The Lydie Breeze Trilogy, and Breath: A Night of Beckett Shorts. Kylie has released two EP’s on all major streaming platforms. Bellow, Kylie’s debut EP, served side-by-side her senior capstone at Rowan University, where she tackled the cycle of grief and her direct relationship with it. Summertime is a collection of songs focusing on relationships and their weight on discovering yourself; asking questions like “Who am I to you?”. Bellow was produced at Rowan University (Glassboro, NJ) while Summertime was produced at Cambridge Sound Studios (Philadelphia, PA). Both were under the sound production of Mike Parisi, with backing band: Tim W. Smith (Drums), Mike Parisi (Bass, Piano), Zach Birnbaum (Guitar on Bellow), and Patrick Oberstaedt (Trumpet, Guitar, Bass).
